October was a bonkers busy month for Lullaby Images. I count my luckies that I was able to meet so many families who booked my in-home Lifestyle Plus newborn photography sessions to capture their little ones first days. This was my last sprint, before my maternity leave break in the middle of November. Newborn photo sessions can be exhausting physically (especially in the third trimester of my own pregnancy), but they really do feed my soul and I am definitely going to miss them while I take a break until April 2021. I make it my mission to ensure I capture a range of images for the parents, because I know how special and fleeting this time is for them. I want them to have gorgeous photographs of them altogether to show their little one, as they get older. Images that capture the love and warmth of their family. All their tiny features. Photographs that I know I would treasure of my own family. I cannot wait to photograph my son after he's born in the next few weeks.... and don't worry, I don't plan on being totally MIA! There's no doubt that I will be spamming your social feeds with lots of images of him, so watch this space :)

This session highlight is for baby Stellan. Definitely the first ‘Stellan’ i’ve photographed too. I love coming across more unique names and looking up the meanings, his is of Swedish origin meaning ‘calm’. How absolutely lovely is that and how gorgeous is he?
