We booked our session with Lu way early on at week 6 of our pregnancy. It was an obvious choice as her work really speaks to us - so tender, delightful and heart melting. She is a baby whisperer, truly passionate and love what she does. Lu’s home studio is very welcoming and cozy, with every details so well thought out, the whole experience was stress free for us to enjoy every second of it. We cannot be happier with the final collection. Lu managed to capture images that put smile on our faces every time we look at. We will savor and cherish those for years to come. Baby Darren will certainly be back for milestone sessions.

I have been wanting to share newborn baby Darren's highlight post for so long. I absolutely adore his entire collection. There is just so much warmth and love in his family portraits, and he was just the most perfect bundle of squish. His mama's outfit was literally perfect too. Like it was made for my neutral minimalist style, with the most gorgeous delicate details in the fabric. His entire collection is the definition of what I strive to achieve for my clients. The type of images I would cherish of my own littles ones. The little details that make them, them. The simplicity in capturing the in between moments of connection and love.
I can't believe how behind I am in celebrating my session highlights. Equally, I can't believe that Lucas is going to be 9 months old tomorrow. The time has just tornadoes away from me. Suddenly, Anya is in extended day school and Lucas is crawling everywhere with so much speed that you can't take your eyes off of him for even one second. He's pulling himself up on any surface he can grab on to as well and exploring the cutest sounds that he can make. Today, he spent well over 30 mins standing at the top of the stairs (gate closed), very clearly enjoying the sound of his echo. The look on his face was just priceless. It was a mixture of sheer pride and also excitement, at this new fun noise he had discovered if he stood at a particular spot. He was projecting this same one syllable, abstract noise loud. Over and over. He is a whirlwind of discovery and curiousity, hitting so many milestones at once. Just in the last two weeks alone.... I just can't keep up with him.

WHO IS BEHIND LULLABY IMAGES?
Hi! I am Lu, a Hong Kong based photographer specialising exclusively in newborn, baby and family portraits from my home studio in Clear Water Bay. Lullaby Images was established in 2016 and I have extensive training and experience in newborn baby posing and baby safety. I am a mum to a fiercely independent pre-schooler and a baby boy born in December 2020. With both professional and personal experience with tiny humans, baby safety and comfort is at the heart of all my photo sessions.

WAITLIST
Sometimes additional photo sessions are made available at the end of the month, for the following booking month. After I have updates from my confirmed clients regarding their pregnancies and birth plans, I am sometimes able to wiggle in 1-2 more sessions. If you would like to be waitlisted for these, please do get in contact.
I hate saying 'no', so please help me say it less by reaching out to talk about your newborn photography session well before your due date. I only take on a limited number of bookings a month
and many Mamas reach out to me in their first & second trimester to book in their sesion.
