​This little dude was born at only 34 weeks. So when I met him at our bespoke in home newborn photography session, he was still absolutely mini, weighing only around 2.5kg. He was such a dream to photograph. I had missed my photo sessions so much while closing for March - April due to the rise in covid-19 cases, and I totally got my fix with this little man.

After a big feed, he enjoyed a​​ heavy milk drunk sleep allowing me to go through my transitional poses slowly without waking him. I was also synced to christen my new one-of-a-kind hand carved wooden bowl prop. I do air on the less side of style of newborn photography, but I do love to use props when they are stylised simply, still letting the baby shine as the star of the composition, without it being too busy.

I adore his final collection of images. His gallery has come together so beautiful and 100% reflects my love of all things neutral and simple. The black and white conversion of the images are also so striking, really showcasing where my forever obsession with good light makes the images pop.
