This August I have been so fortunate and enjoyed a lovely three weeks in Serbia, catching up with one of my dearest closest friends of 20 years. One of those friendships where no matter how much time passes, you just pick up organically where you left off and it feels like no time has passed by. Those valuable life long relationships with people in your life you can depend on when challenges lay in front, and share your moments of joy, knowing they are truly happy for you.

To make this reunion even more special, I had the opportunity to cuddle her first baby, Petar. This little one at three weeks new, was so easy going and such a good little sleeper. Totally chilled. A complete mirror of his mother who lives life to the fullest with nothing but positivity, love and kindness. Here are just a small handful of images from our time together.

I enjoyed taking my time photographing him a little each day. Not something I normally get to do in my newborn photography sessions, which run anywhere from 2-4 hours, depending on how the little one is feeling on that day. This tiny human completely stole my heart and I love that I will be able to share in her joy watching him grow over the years.
