We are so thrilled with the pictures created by Lu at Lullaby Images. They capture our daughter at such a tiny and tender age. To have those memories and to pass the images to our family members is so meaningful to us. Lu is the baby whisperer! Despite our daughter being a light sleeper, Lu shushed her into a happy place, ensuring she was comfortable and safely handled for the entire session. Not only is Lu wonderful with babies, she also provided lots of invaluable advice to us as new parents. As a mother herself, she is a very empathetic source of support and maintains excellent contact throughout the experience. Our gallery was ready for us in a very timely fashion and before we knew it we were pouring over the delightful and precious images of our first born daughter. We'd repeat the process in a heartbeat and truly value Lu's artistic approach. Thank you so much!

Introducing Baby Eva, photographed at only 21 days new at her in-home bespoke newborn photo session back in July. I am completely in love with her gallery. The collection is such a beautiful mix of images that capture her unique features, with a range of natural poses and the newborn art selection that her parents selected are so lovely. They would make such stunning wall art! Baby Eva wasn't a deep sleeper at all. She needed plenty of time for top up feeds to keep her in her happy place, which is exactly why my sessions are always baby-led and never rushed. I usually schedule my bespoke sessions in the morning, so we can take our time. She was most comfortable bundled up in one of my newborn photography wraps, feeling safely swaddled and cozy.

Looking back at this session, I have definitely progressed in my pregnancy quite a bit! It has become quite a bit more challenging in the last few sessions done in August, after I resumed my sessions again after the third covid-19 wave had a sustained downward trend. As a result, I have had to make the difficult call to only do lifestyle sessions for the rest of my pregnancy, as they involve carrying and setting up less photography gear to achieve the advanced poses. The Lullaby Images lifestyle sessions however are not strictly candid fly on the wall sessions though. Depending on what the family would like, they can be a little bit more of a hybrid session. Whilst still heavily focused on the family together, but to make the most of the family's time with me, I am more than happy to also do some natural style guided poses and also include some solo simple posed baby set ups, as well as my signature In Your Arms newborn series of images, and of course, a bonus newborn digital art image to ensure there is plenty of variety to the collection itself.
